Minimums:
- Minimum order quantity is 2,500 items (e.g., boxes, bags, or other items). For orders of only boxes, minimum order quantity of boxes is 1,500 boxes.
Guidelines:
- For your first order, please allow 3-4 months for handmade product design, prototyping, production and international ocean shipping. Repeat orders are faster, and generally about 2-3 months, depending upon the quantity ordered.
- Professional design and prototyping are available as a fee-based service.
- A 50% down payment is required to commence production orders, with remaining balance due upon production completion.
- In compliance with federal law, all items are marked with country of origin such as “Distant Village, Inc.,
Made in ‘country’”, indicating the named country of manufacture. - Distant Village will make all reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates, however, there may be unexpected delays resulting from customs inspections, shipping schedule changes, weather, changes in customer requirements or design, communication and other uncontrollable or unplanned circumstances.
